RATES:

$250 per night with a 4 night minimum in summer, 3 night minimum in winter

$1575 per week, 7 nights
$125 cleaning fee

Plus 6% Michigan tax

$100 pet fee with preapproval and completed paperwork
$150 deposit required to confirm dates. Balance in full is to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival
Personal checks accepted
Credit cards accepted and require a 3% processing fee
